San Valentino: l'amore come accoppiamento energetico

Di · ISHEA Institute ·

L'amore è uno scherzo chimico o un'esigenza squisita di accoppiamento energetico? Una lettura della dopamina, dell'ossitocina e dei contratti invisibili che legano due sistemi nervosi.

Nota divulgativa — Testo breve pubblicato in aperto. Pensiero in corso, non risultato.

Opera originale in inglese.

❤️🧠 Valentine’s Day:
Is love just a chemical joke…
or an exquisite need for energetic coupling?

They say love is:
🎢 dopamine playing hide-and-seek
🤗 oxytocin hugging traumas
invisible contracts signed by vasopressin

Basically…
a chemical reaction with emotional expectations.
And yes.
That’s true.
But it’s also incomplete.

Because if love were just chemistry,
one supplement and two notifications
should be enough.
(Spoiler: they’re not.)

Love happens when two biological systems
decide —sometimes without logic’s permission—
to regulate themselves together.

When:

the pulse calms in the presence of another

silence is not threatening

the body lowers its guard

This isn’t romanticism.
It’s applied neurophysiology.

A secure bond:

reduces cortisol

improves metabolism

restores energy

And that’s also why some loves drain more
than a week without sleep.

Not everything that makes your heart race
does it for the right reasons 💥

At ISHEA we say it without candles or violins:
Love is shared coherence.

This Valentine’s Day, celebrate someone who doesn’t just make you feel butterflies…
but your nervous system at peace 🧠❤️

🔁 Share if you believe true love
isn’t an eternal promise…
but sustained resonance.

Perché i lavoratori più efficienti rallentano a metà giornata?

Per direttori operativi e responsabili della logistica: una lettura bioenergetica del perché i lavoratori migliori perdono produttività a metà giornata, un fenomeno che molti notano e pochi spiegano.
