→ Montañas de plástico en ríos y océanos 🌊
→ Desperdicio alimentario masivo 🥫
→ Fast fashion que nadie usa más de 3 veces 👕
El desperdicio está allí, visible, masivo, innegable.
LA CAUSA 🔍
Marketing que explota fricción psicológica 🧠
Incentivos económicos que premian volumen sobre coherencia 📊
Educación que nunca enseña a cuestionar lo que “deberíamos querer” 🎓
El sistema educa y premia la ilusión de abundancia, no la coherencia real.
LO QUE E × C − F NOS DICE 🔬
Fricción social y energética elevada → estrés, ansiedad, obesidad ⚡
Sistema económico optimizado para consumo → desperdicio masivo ♻️
Reorganización sistémica = menos fricción, más eficiencia, menos carga biofísica 🧬
El consumismo no es un fallo individual.
Es biología aplicada al sistema que construimos.
LA PREGUNTA QUE CAMBIA TODO 💡
Si producimos abundancia…
Si celebramos los logros sin equilibrio…
Se paga con nuestra biología.
→ Obesidad
→ Ansiedad
→ Estrés crónico
→ Montañas de desperdicio
¿Por qué? Porque medimos mal, incentivamos mal y enseñamos mal.
Y la verdad es esta: todos somos responsables.
