Es energético. ⚡
En muchas organizaciones vemos lo mismo:
Procesos que no fluyen
Equipos saturados
Decisiones que llegan tarde
👉 Y la conclusión suele ser equivocada:
“Falta talento”
No.
👉 Falta coherencia en el sistema.
⚡ ISHEA EN LA VIDA REAL
De teoría a operación diaria
En sistemas complejos, los problemas no suelen ser técnicos.
Son energéticos y sistémicos.
En la práctica, ISHEA se traduce en algo muy concreto:

→ capacidad de decisión

4. 🎛️ Liderazgo
Un líder no empuja.
👉 Regula el sistema:
→ reduce fricción
→ facilita flujo
→ alinea decisiones 🎯
🔬 LA DIFERENCIA CLAVE
Un proyecto no es exitoso solo si cumple:
✔ tiempo
✔ presupuesto
Eso es básico.
El verdadero éxito es otro:
👉 que el sistema termine más fuerte que cuando empezó ⚡

👉 Donde fluye la energía, se crea valor
👉 Donde valor ≠ riesgo, aparece fricción
Esto no es teoría.
