🌍 Más allá de “pasar dinero de un bolsillo a otro”: cómo el gasto público puede fortalecer la democracia y la cohesión social
La metáfora de “pasar dinero de un bolsillo a otro” ilustra perfectamente que mucha actividad contable no equivale a prosperidad real. Pero hay un paso más allá: ¿en qué se invierte ese dinero y cómo impacta al sistema social y democrático?
Desde una perspectiva biofísica y sistémica, un Estado puede ser ancla o socio estratégico. Cuando la inversión reduce fricción estructural, mejora educación, impulsa participación ciudadana y digitalización, libera energía productiva y fortalece la coherencia social.
