🔬 Mapa Funcional Bioenergético-Proteico – Visualizando la Coherencia Celular
Las células no son solo máquinas de energía: son redes de información. Nuestro último preprint visualiza cómo NAD⁺, ROS y ATP coordinan la coherencia bioenergética y ejecutan funciones celulares.
🌀 Sistema de Dos Niveles:
1️⃣ Capa de Coherencia (informacional): NAD⁺ y ROS controlados actúan como reguladores de información, organizando el flujo electrónico y manteniendo la estabilidad metabólica.
2️⃣ Capa de Ejecución (energética): ATP sirve como ejecutor energético, permitiendo procesos bioquímicos solo cuando la coherencia upstream está establecida.
⚡ Principales hallazgos:
NAD⁺ es el motor principal de la estabilidad del sistema.
ROS no es solo un subproducto: proporciona retroalimentación vital para la coherencia.
ATP amplifica y ejecuta, pero por sí solo no puede restaurar el orden.

Los estudios in-silico y simulaciones muestran que la resiliencia metabólica depende primero de la coherencia y luego de la disponibilidad de energía. Esto replantea la bioenergética celular de “energía primero” a control basado en información.
