No Oxygen, No Energy, No You (Part 2)

Your cells run on ATP.
But ATP isn’t free.
It costs Oxygen (O₂).
Without O₂:
❌ No aerobic respiration
❌ No efficient energy
❌ No neural activity, immune response, or muscle contraction
❌ Just fermentation →( 2 ATP per glucose vs. 36 with O₂)
And where does that O₂ come from?
✅ 50–80% from marine phytoplankton
✅ 20–25% from "Diatoms alone"
✅ Fueled by "Iron from the Sahara", "Silica from glaciers"
This isn’t “ecology.”
It’s Bioenergetic survival.
