Y aun así, un patrón se repite:
El sistema sigue optimizado para cumplir la cuota anual, no necesariamente para sostener la energía humana de quienes lo hacen posible.
Sí, hoy vemos empresas con:
🍽 Comedores modernos
🎮 Salas de descanso
🕒 Horarios flexibles
🤝 Liderazgo “empático”
Pero cuando la presión sigue concentrada en:
vender más ➡ crecer más ➡ entregar más
el mensaje implícito suele ser:
> Tu valor está en tu output.

"El PIB mide producción, no bienestar."
Hoy, cada vez hay más evidencia del impacto biológico del estrés crónico.
