Trump pressures the Fed. Farage lobbies the Bank of England. Le Pen talks about "monetary sovereignty."
*These are not isolated cases. This is a global pattern.*
>THE HISTORY WE FORGET
When money was born, feudal lords minted gold coins.
1 = 1 , The weight of gold = the value.
But treasuries emptied faster than they filled.
First: higher taxes.
Then: mixing metals with gold.
Money was no longer 1 = 1.
*Yet something more powerful emerged:**
#Trust
>THE PACT
Bretton Woods (1944–1971): every dollar backed by gold.
Until Nixon broke the promise in 1971.
Since then, every note reads:
"Redeemable at the Central Bank."
*It is only a promise.*
>HUMAN NATURE DIDN'T CHANGE
Gold became paper. Paper became digital.
*Yet politicians of all stripes still want the same things:*
- Low rates to fund promises ✓
- Easy money before elections ✓
- Popularity today, inflation tomorrow ✓
Kings mixed metals.
Today, central banks are pressured.
*The method changed. The temptation did not.*

Today, millions trust #Bitcoin
—backed by no one, unknown by most—
more than their own national currency.

Because trust in the traditional system
has eroded so deeply
that a faceless algorithm
feels more reliable
than a politician with a printing press.

*If a system loses #coherence,
trust collapses.*
When it collapses:
- Savings vanish
- Prices spiral out of control
- Societies fracture
- The cognitive hive suffers another systemic shock
Weimar. Argentina. Venezuela.
*History, not theory.*
>AND NOW, THE DANGER
With "CBDCs" on the horizon:
- Digital petty cash
- Programmable
- One click away
- Traceable to the last cent
*Do you trust that ONE human being
won't turn your digital reserves
into their personal cash drawer?*
>THE UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH
No human resists
the temptation of absolute power over money.
*That's why we separated political power from monetary power.*
Not because technocrats are perfect.
Because without separation of power,
"Coherence #collapses."
