I Spoke with Gen Z Today, and They Surprised Me

ENTENDIERON EL SÍNTOMA. 👁️
Sin dudarlo identificaron:
→ Montañas de ropa en playas de Bangladesh
→ Zonas de dumping creciendo sin control
→ Recursos sobreexplotados que nadie frena
El desperdicio es visible. Masivo. Innegable.
Pero cuando fuimos más profundo…
NO VEÍAN LA CAUSA. 🔍
"¿Por qué trabajar 6 horas sería mejor?"
No lo entendían.
Y es lógico.
Crecieron en un sistema que les enseñó:
→ Más horas = más producción
→ Más producción = más prosperidad
→ Menos horas = escasez
Pero esa ecuación está mal diseñada.
MI ABUELA LO EXPLICA MEJOR QUE CUALQUIER TEORÍA. 👵
Hoy come distinto.
No por moda.
No por comodidad.
Sino porque ya no consigue lo mismo.
Y mientras tanto:
→ Más obesidad
→ Más diabetes
→ Más enfermedades crónicas
El sistema no solo produce bienes.
Produce estados biológicos.
ESO NO ES FILOSOFÍA.
ES BIOFÍSICA. ⚡
Y EN ESE MOMENTO… LO VIERON. 💡
"Pero los decisores no van a cambiar."
Ahí está el verdadero problema.
No es falta de información.
No es falta de tecnología.
Es el sistema.
Un sistema que:
→ Mide volumen, no coherencia
→ Premia producción, no eficiencia real
→ Trata síntomas, no causas
LO QUE E × C − F REVELA 🔬
Reducir horas sin rediseñar el sistema = escasez.
Pero si cambias el sistema:
→ Menos energía desperdiciada
→ Igual o mayor productividad real
→ Menos fricción sistémica
→ Menos carga sobre el cuerpo humano
No es utopía.
Es ingeniería de coherencia.
LO QUE FALTA NO ES TECNOLOGÍA.
ES EDUCACIÓN CORRECTA. 📚
Educación biofísica dentro del sistema económico.
LA PREGUNTA FINAL:
Si el sistema genera abundancia…
¿Por qué también genera enfermedad, ansiedad
y montañas de desperdicio?
Porque mide mal.
Porque incentiva mal.
Porque enseña mal.
Y eso ya se puede rediseñar.
