→ Mountains of plastic in rivers and oceans 🌊
→ Massive food waste 🥫
→ Fast fashion worn only 3 times 👕
The waste is visible, massive, undeniable.
THE CAUSE 🔍
Marketing exploiting psychological friction 🧠
Economic incentives rewarding volume over coherence 📊
Education that never teaches us to question what we “should want” 🎓
The system teaches and rewards the illusion of abundance, not real coherence.

High social and energetic friction → stress, anxiety, obesity ⚡
Consumption-optimized economic system → massive waste ♻️
Systemic reorganization = less friction, more efficiency, less bio-physical load 🧬
Consumerism isn’t an individual flaw.
It’s biology applied to the system we built.
THE QUESTION THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING 💡
If we produce abundance…
If we celebrate achievements without balance…
We pay for it with our biology.
→ Obesity
