Protocolo ISHEA-Kaizen
🧩 Introducción
El Protocolo ISHEA-Kaizen integra principios de bioquímica ISHEA (equilibrio cortisol–ATP–neurotransmisores) con el método Kaizen de microacciones continuas.
La hipótesis central es que microintervenciones respiratorias y emocionales pueden optimizar el metabolismo energético (ATP), reducir el impacto del cortisol y favorecer la resiliencia emocional.
⚙️ Método
Duración de cada ciclo: 30–90 segundos.
Frecuencia: 3–5 veces al día.
Pasos:

Postura: columna erguida, hombros relajados, abdomen bajo activado.

Respiración 4–2–6: inhalar 4 seg, pausa 2 seg, exhalar 6 seg con sonido “ha”.

Anclaje emocional: evocar emoción positiva (gratitud, calma, fuerza) y asociarla a un gesto físico breve.

Cierre: consciencia del estado alcanzado antes de retomar la actividad.
