Push vs Pull: AI Isn't Failing, We're Using It Wrong

An analysis of push versus pull models: when the underlying production structure is broken, artificial intelligence does not repair it, it scales the flaw faster and at greater cost.

Push vs Pull: La IA no está fallando. Estamos usándola mal.
Nos vendieron la idea de que más IA = más eficiencia.
Pero si el modelo está roto, la IA no lo arregla.
Lo escala.
👉 Modelo Push:
Produzco → Empujo → Descuento → Devuelven → Repito
Aquí la IA optimiza rutas, tiempos y predicciones…
para mover productos que nadie pidió.
Resultado:
Más velocidad, mismo error.
Garbage In, Garbage Out.
🇮🇹 Desde mi experiencia en Italia, lo veo claro:
en mercados maduros, el cliente no absorbe tu ineficiencia.
La rechaza.
Ahora mira el otro lado:
👉 Modelo Pull:
Escucho → Detecto demanda → Produzco → Entrego
Aquí la IA no empuja.
Conecta.
No predice para cumplir cuotas internas.
Interpreta señales reales del mercado en tiempo real.
No acelera el desperdicio.
Reduce la fricción.
La diferencia no es tecnológica.
Es estructural.
La IA no corrige incoherencias. Las amplifica.
Pero bien usada, puede ser lo contrario:
una interfaz directa entre empresa y realidad.
No para vender más a cualquier costo.
Sino para producir mejor, con coherencia.
Ahí cambia todo.
