This is the question that could transform our understanding of brain aging and resilience.

Cells have different demands
Repair and detox require energy
Stress reallocates energy
Imbalances create vulnerability patterns
> Many biological “causes” may actually be effects of deeper energetic failures.
Shifting the question from “what fails” to “where and why energy stops flowing” opens a new path for research and intervention.
